Title: The Transformative Role of AI in New Mobility

Abstract: The presented talk focuses on the pivotal role of data and AI in new mobility. This encompasses new energy vehicles, mobility as a service, driverless movement, and self-propelled movement. New mobility emerges from megatrends such as climate change, urbanization, new work practices, and aging populations, all of which are reshaping how we move and transport goods. Centering the customer experience around the traveler rather than the vehicle, AI enables mobility providers to continuously update their understanding of customers. It transforms how automakers design, manufacture, sell, and service vehicles; how transportation and logistics providers maximize vehicle utilization and improve ROI; and how customers interact with vehicles, automakers, and service providers. Success in this shift requires significant technological, business model, and cultural transformations. The talk addresses:

· The shifts resulting from new mobility.

· The AI-based infrastructures that are necessary to leverage data.

· The new value chains and the opportunities they present.

· The essential transformations for organizations.
